Pate' Choux Pastry is too die for!   Bring your sweet tooth because we will make Vanilla Pastry Cream, Chocolate Ganache and Whipped Cream.  Sign up to learn our tricks to making a top notch French Pastry.  

Bring an apron, 1.5 qt sauce pan, spatula, spoon and a box to take these tasty treasures home. I guarantee you will be the envy of your family and friends.  

I will be traveling from the Richmond, VA area with all of your supplies.  What I do ask is that you are prepared and ready to go upon my arrival (10:30am). Have a pen available for making your notes.
