Cathy Howland
Powhatan 4-H

We brought 10 Farm to Table 4-H campers to Hobby Hill Farm last week to make mozzarella cheese. They even got to use their own cheese to make pizzas! They had such a great time! Sharon and her staff are so patient and made the experience fun yet educational! This was a highlight of the week for our group. What a great hands on learning project this was for our 4-H campers. Thanks so much Sharon!

Thank you Cathy - we so enjoyed having you and your Farm to Table class. They were awesome!!

The Market at Grelen
Fun with Cheese

We love having Sharon come out to the Market at Grelen to teach cheese making in our shade garden. She has been out several times over the years, but last week she worked with a group of kids from a nearby camp, ages 11-13. They absolutely loved learning how to make mozzarella. Sharon is fabulous with both adults and kids. She is patient and explains the steps to successful cheese making clearly so it's fun and easy to follow along.

Not only is it a fun activity, but you walk away with a pretty cool skill you can use to wow your friends and family.
