Sharon made the process of making cheese fun and easy. She also taught some tips on what to do if things don’t go as planned. The cheeses were absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to make more. The folks in the class were also a nice group to learn with.
Everyone in the class had a great time, instruction was terrific, and we all learned so much! The cookies are delicious, I can’t wait to try the recipe on my own at home. Looking forward to trying more classes at Hobby Hill!
