Intro to Mozzarella and Ricotta Starter Kit

Let's Make Ricotta & Mozzarella Cheese - You can make cheese in 30 minutes or less.  This packet contains all the products you need to make up to 40 batches of Mozzarella.

1 Pkg of Butter Muslin, 1 Package of 10 Rennet Tablets (Scored into 4 sections), 1 pkg Citric Acid and 1 pkg of Cheese Salt.  Purchased separately these products cost over $21.

What you need - Stainless Steele Pot, Collander or Strainer and Thermometer that reaches to 200 degrees.
